Platform-Specific Data Practices

Google Ads

We use the Google Ads API with read-only access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) to fetch campaign performance data.
We do not create, modify, or delete ads or campaigns.
Data is stored in a secure cloud database for summary and historical analysis.

Google Analytics

We use the Analytics Reporting API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly) to retrieve session, source/medium, bounce rate, and event tracking data.
We do not send or edit tracking data.
All collected data is limited to accounts explicitly authorized by the user.

Google Search Console

We use the Search Console API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly) to access organic performance (queries, impressions, ranking).
This data is used alongside paid media data for integrated reporting.

Facebook Ads

We access ad account data through the Facebook Graph API using ads_read and business_management permissions.
We retrieve campaign performance, ad costs, impressions, and conversion metrics.
We never create, edit, or remove content from your Facebook business account.

Facebook Page Public Data

We may access publicly available data from Facebook Pages, including public posts, ads, and engagement metrics, using the Page Public Content Access permission via the Facebook Graph API. This is done only for business pages that are publicly accessible and does not involve private user data.

Purpose of Access:

  • To display publicly available ad examples for marketing trend analysis.

We do not access private messages or channel history unless explicitly invoked by the user through our bot.
Slack access is limited to the workspace you authorize.

WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API)

We use WhatsApp Cloud API to send marketing reports and answer user questions.
We do not collect message data beyond the user’s query and our response.
WhatsApp is used solely as a message delivery and input channel.

We retain user data only as long as needed to provide services.
OAuth tokens and data are securely deleted upon user disconnection or inactivity beyond a retention period (usually 90 days).

We implement strong encryption, secure OAuth flows, and access control to protect your data.

  • Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
  • API tokens are encrypted at rest and stored securely.
  • Access to sensitive infrastructure is restricted by role-based permissions.
